Your treatment is very important to us and we aim to provide you with the best quality service - we understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances can happen and your appointment will need to be rescheduled or cancelled. In order to provide you with the best quality treatment, we kindly ask that you follow our policies which have been set in place. Booking; Delivering the best care to you is our priority, and that's why we have a cancellation policy in place that we kindly ask for your cooperation with. To secure your booking appointment, a deposit fee of 10% is required, which will be deducted from your session charges. Aesthetics’s treatments require 50% deposit fee to cover product before service. We accept payments from Bank transfer. Cancellation; If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment you must call at least 24 hours before your appointment and your deposit will either be refunded or pushed for a future appointment. However, providing less than 24 hours notice have to pay a 25% cancellation fee. Late arrival; We've set aside dedicated time for your appointment, so please arrive 5 to 10 minutes early. If you're more than 15 minutes late, we might need to reschedule, and the full fee will still apply. Your punctuality is greatly appreciated for next appointment. Right to refuse service; We reserve the right to discontinue or refuse service at any time should the client demonstrate any inappropriate or disruptive behaviour or if their health is being affected by the service. No-show policy; You will be considered a no-show if you miss your scheduled appointment without providing any prior notice or arriving excessively late beyond the grace period. Your deposit will be forfeited and a cancellation fee of 25% will be required. Emergency situations; Allow for exceptions in case of genuine emergencies or unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, the cancellation or no-show fees might be waived, showing understanding and compassion towards the client's situation. Client satisfaction; We aim to provide the best service to ensure your full satisfaction. If you have any concerns or are unsatisfied with the service provided, then we ask that you let us know within 72 hours following your treatment so that we can discuss a solution and make any corrections.
