If I could Suzi more stars I would! Suzi has created a space where you feel safe, loved and understood. Her facials relax you, nourish and rejuvenate your skin. I get annoyed with myself by falling asleep every time as I want to enjoy every moment of the BLISS! Suzi has developed her own technique after many years working across the beauty world and honing her own practice and you can really feel it, having a once a month facial is something I never realised I needed until I started having them. Now I feel like I count down every single day until the next one. Book in with Suzi... Just do it.

Suzi from undone Beaty is a miracle worker! Beautiful room, felt completely pampered. Facial was incredible, my skin felt amazing. Possibly the most blissful 2 hours I’ve experienced. My face, neck and shoulders feel relaxed and infused with energy. Love the holistic and intuitive approach think 5+ years of stress and tension have wafted away. Quite incredible.

Yesterday I had my first facial with lovely Suzi which was a ‘no needles’ age defying sculpting treatment. I’ve had a few facials -even some at high-end clinics and spas - but this was quite special and new to me, as I’ve never had a lymphatic drainage treatment like Gua Sha and Buccal Massage before. When I arrived my skin felt dull and my face felt, well, stressed! Today after treatment my skin still feels relaxed, fresher, glowy - perhaps even a little more youthful! Suzi was really welcoming and the treatment room felt warm and comfortable. The experience was so relaxing at the time and afterwards - so rejuvenating. Suzi had managed to release lots of tensions that I carry in my neck and shoulders. All in all it was such a heavenly treat to indulge myself, so much so that I booked a repeat appointment before leaving the building! :)

I had a sculpting facial massage with Suzi a few days before my wedding. It was a beautiful experience - the treatment room was beautiful and calming, as was Suzi! The facial was brilliant and I felt like I was glowing all the way through my wedding. Thank you Suzi, I can't wait to come back.

I love my facial experiences with Suzi - she is amazing! It is so rare to find a therapist who really works your skin. Her knowledge of her products and advice on skin care is authentic. Her massage is absolutely heavenly - the best I have had over many years of receiving a variety of facials. She is an excellent facialist and her treatments are absolutely bliss. Not only do I feel completely rested and relaxed, the glow on my skin lasts for ages. Suzi is the best investment for your skin and general wellbeing - a complete boost to energy and complexion.

Wow! This was a facial that delivered a fabulous experience and really noticeable and long lasting results. Suzi’s presence is grounding and welcoming so I immediately felt at ease and her Totnes studio is light and carefully furnished, the perfect balance of comfortable and professional. I chose a sculpting facial with buccal massage and light therapy at a time when I was under a lot of emotional stress feeling really tired. I have a tendency to clench my jaw anyway, but these circumstances exacerbated things and the tension was seen and felt across my whole face. Under Suzi’s skillful hands this tension very quickly melted away and I dropped into a sort of lucid dreamlike state. I was proudly relaxed and in a kind of daze for about a hour afterwards so I’d recommend putting aside a hour after the treatment to decompress before getting in a car or handling any machinery. The results of the facial were clear immediately. My skin looked fresh and dewy, my face no longer looked mean and pinched and instead felt loose and my cheeks were plumped. And over two weeks later I can still see and feel the effects. I will be booking in again the next time I’m in Devon because this was divine and Suzi is a highly skilled facialist. Resoundingly recommended!
