By booking with Nabilahartistry, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
Nabilahartistry is a female-only brow service provider. Please respect that I do not allow any plus ones due to safety & hygiene reasons. The full address will be provided 24 hours before your appointment.
A £20 non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received. The deposit will be deducted from your total on the day of the appointment. The remaining balance is due on the day of your appointment in CASH
All clients must complete a Consultation Form at least 24 hours before their appointment. If you book last-minute, the form must be completed within 1 hour of booking. Failure to submit the form in time will result in cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
You may reschedule up to 48 hours before your appointment without losing your deposit. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 100% charge of the service fee. No-shows will be charged 100% of the service fee and may be refused future bookings. Last-minute reschedules (less than 48 hours) will require a new deposit.
All deposits are strictly non-refundable. Due to the nature of our services, no refunds will be provided once a booking is confirmed. Cancellations or refusals—including those resulting from failure to follow our policies—will result in the full booking fee being forfeited. If you encounter any issues with your service, please contact us within 48 hours of your appointment so we can assess the situation. In the rare case that we need to cancel on the day of your appointment, we will reschedule at the earliest availability and transfer your deposit to the new booking. Please note that refunds will not be issued in such cases
Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled, and your deposit forfeited. If I am able to accommodate your late arrival, a £10 late fee will apply.
For brow lamination and other treatments, the following restrictions apply: I do not accept clients who are: - Pregnant or breastfeeding - Using retinol, Accutane, or any strong exfoliating products within the last 2 weeks - Suffering from eye infections, skin conditions in the brow area, or open wounds - Allergic to any ingredients used in the treatment - If you have had any allergic reactions in the past, you must request a patch test at least 24–48 hours before your booking by contacting me via DM. - I reserve the right to refuse treatment if I feel it is unsafe for your health or skin condition. - Proper pre-care and aftercare instructions must be followed. Failure to do so may impact your results.
Aftercare instructions will be provided after your appointment. Failure to follow aftercare can affect your results and is not the responsibility of Nabilahartistry. Re-treatment due to poor aftercare is chargeable.
