Cancellation policy
For cancellations, please give 48hour notice to not incur a late notice charge. An appointment cancelled with less then 48hours notice will incur your deposit. An appointment cancelled with less than 24hours notice will incur a 50% charge of your booking. A no show will be 100% of your booking slot. We understand that unexpected situations may arise that are out of your control. However, please give us as much notice as possible if you are no longer able to attend your appointment.
