NO-SHOWS
No-shows will be charged 100% of the treatment cost
CANCELLATIONS
If less than 72hrs notice is given, your deposit is transferable once, if you cancel or reschedule the following appointment you will lose your deposit.
If less than 48hrs notice is given, your deposit is non-refundable.
If less than 24hrs notice is given, you will be charged 100% of the treatment.
RESCHEDULES
If less than 48hrs notice you will be charged 50% of your treatment, unless I am able to fill your appointment time.
LATE COMERS
If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment it may not be able to go ahead or you will be offered a reduced service.
100% of the cost of the original treatment will still be applied.
NO UNDER 18s
(Apologies) I am not insured to carry out treatments on anyone under the age of 18.
PLEASE ARRIVE TO APPOINTMENTS ALONE
I have a small at home studio that does not have additional seating and no waiting room, so please leave children, partners, friends and pets at home.
NAIL REPAIRS
Any fixes within 48hrs of treatment that are determined to be an application error are free of charge. All other fixes will be charged at £5 + 10% of original, treatment price per nail. Please follow aftercare instructions to avoid any damage.
All repairs after 48hrs will be charged at £5 + 10% of original treatment price per nail.
ALLERGIES
Please inform me of any allergies you have that may affect your treatment at the start of your appointment.
SERVICE CHANGES
If you book in for a treatment and decide to go for a cheaper treatment at the time of your appointment, you will still be charged your original appointment price.
If you ask for a more expensive treatment or add ons at your appointment, you will be charged for these but I cannot guarantee I will have time to carry out an upgraded service, so please try to book the correct treatment in advance.
SPECIAL REQUESTS
If we have discussed your nail inspiration for the appointment and it requires me to order in specific stock such as, but not limited to, gel colours, chromes/pigments, charms etc. then your 50% deposit will not be returnable under any circumstances. This includes if your appointment is cancelled before cancellation policy is applied. This is to protect myself from any losses incurred by ordering stock that may not be used by future clients. If your request requires a stock order, you will be informed prior to the order to confirm you understand the conditions in the event that you may need to cancel your appointment.
FIRST APPOINTMENT
I will not remove or change another nail technicians work, please come to your first appointment with bare nails. Failure to do so will result in refusal of service and your deposit will not be returned.
TIME KEEPING
Please arrive to appointments on time, and no more than 5 minutes earlier as I may still be with clients. Late comers may not have time for their treatment to be carried out, if you are later than 15 minutes your appointment may be cancelled.
