Booking & Deposit
A £20 deposit is required for new clients when booking their first appointment.
The deposit will be deducted from the final cost of your service on the day of your appointment.
Cancellations & No-Shows
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the service cost.
- Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment or failure to attend will be charged 100% of the service cost.
- If the cancellation fee is not paid, future bookings will not be accepted, and any existing future appointments will be cancelled.
