You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. After 24 hour period you will be entitled to half your deposit back anything less then 8 hours before your appointment you’ll be charged 50% of the booking fee including no shows will be charged 50% of the booking fee. Please arrive on time for your appointment! 5 -10 min late = £5 fee 10 -15 min late = £10 fee 16+mins late = CANCELLED. Come Alone!
