Terms and Conditions

By booking an appointment with Nailbox or Willow Feet you agree to the following terms and conditions. Cancellation and 'No Show' Policy A minimum of 48 hours notice is required to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Less than 48 hours notice - you will be charged 50% of the treatment price. Less than 24 hours notice - you will be charged 100% of the treatment price. Punctuality, Courtesy and Waiting Area Nailbox / Willow Feet wants to ensure that every client has their dedicated treatment time to themselves. Therefore there is no waiting area available. Please can you ensure that you arrive at your dedicated appointment slot no more than 5 minutes early. Please let Nailbox / Willow Feet know if you are going to be more than 5 minutes late for your appointment on 07515 067406. As a courtesy to other clients following your appointment, late arrivals will result in a reduced treatment time or if over 20 mins late the appointment may need to be rescheduled and please note this will be at full treatment cost. Consultations A consultation is required for all treatment and is sent to you when your appointment has been confirmed. We will need this completed before before your appointment to ensure that it is safe for the treatment to go ahead. Payments Nailbox / Willow Feet accept payments by cash or card. No PayPal or bank transfers
