POLICIES-PLEASE READ

Booking fee: -A 30% non refundable booking fee is required to secure your appointment, which will be deducted from your total on the day. -Appointments are only confirmed once the booking fee is paid. Rescheduling & Cancellations: -Need to reschedule? Just give me 24 hours notice and I can move your booking fee once. -I have a 15-minute grace period, but after that, your appointment might be considered a no-show and same day cancellation fees apply. -Cancelling with less than 24 hours notice means you'll need to cover 50% of the appointment cost. -Same-day cancellations will require 100% of the cost, -future bookings, a 50% deposit will be needed. New Clients: -Clients must be 16 or older. -If you're coming from another tech, please arrive with bare nails, unless you've booked a removal (I can't remove acrylics). -Unfortunately, due to insurance, I can no longer allow anyone under 16 in the beauty room. Refunds & Fixes: -While I can't offer full refunds due to the costs of time and products, I'm here to make sure you leave happy! If you have any concerns or aren't 100% happy, let me know before you leave so I can make things right. -If you notice any issues within 48 hours, l'll fix them for free. After that, repairs are just 10% of the service cost. Payment: -I accept contactless, bank transfer, and cash. -If you're paying with cash, let me know ahead of time so l can have change ready.
