At Nailed It Gloucester, we value the health and safety of all our clients. To ensure compliance with industry standards and to maintain a safe, professional environment, we do not accept underage clients.
• Minimum Age Requirement: All clients must be 18 years or older to book and receive services.
• Proof of Age: A valid photo ID may be required at the time of booking or appointment.

At Nailed It Gloucester, your time is valued – and so is mine. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please take a moment to read the booking policy below:
Cancellations & Rescheduling: You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking.
Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours): If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, a 50% fee of the treatment cost will apply.
No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost.
Running Late: If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shorter service or cancellation with a fee applied.
