Terms & Conditions At Nailed It Gloucester, your time is valued – and so is mine. To keep things running smoothly for everyone, please take a moment to read the booking policy below: Cancellations & Rescheduling: You’re welcome to cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your booking. Late Cancellations (Less than 48 hours): If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment time, a 50% fee of the treatment cost will apply. No-Shows: Clients who do not show up for their appointment without notice will be charged 100% of the treatment cost. Running Late: If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arrivals over 15 minutes late may result in a shorter service or cancellation with a fee applied. Underage Clients
1. Age Requirement • All clients must be 18 years of age or older to book and receive services. • Proof of age (such as a valid photo ID) may be requested at the time of booking or appointment. 2. No Services for Under 18s • I do not provide services to anyone under the age of 18, regardless of parental or guardian consent. 3. Booking Responsibility • By booking an appointment, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and agree to these terms. • If it is discovered that a client is under 18, the appointment will be canceled and any deposit will be non-refundable. 4. Right to Refuse Service • I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who does not meet the age requirement or cannot provide valid proof of age when requested.
