A E1O deposit for each service to secure your slot. This is non refundable
if you reschedule/ cancel within 24 hours. If you cancel within 48 a full refund will be given.
I require 48 hours to reschedule/ cancel your appointment
100% will be charged if you no show. If a payment is outstanding, you will not be booked back in until it is paid
Lateness
If you are late to your appointment by 10 minutes, the appointment may not take place. I am mainly back to back, I understand things can happen but please plan your journey accordingly
Repairs
Repairs are free up to 1 week after that repairs are charged accordingly
Guests
Please no extra guests, they will be told to wait in the waiting area
