Terms and Conditions

Please come to your appointment with bare nails unless you are booked in for a removal or infill appointment. If nail art is required please make sure you have added it on to your booking. I will not be able to carry out your appointment unless correct time is allocated and you will still be charged. Make sure you arrive on time to your appointment. Give yourself plenty of time to get parked. If you are late I may not be able to do full service & if later than 15mins your appointment will be cancelled - you will be charged in these circumstances. Cancellations with less than 48hrs notice will result in you being charged 100% of your appointment charge. No shows also result in you being charged 100% of your appointment charge. I accept & fully understand cancellation and no show policy’s.
