**Terms and Conditions for Nail'or's services** 1. **Services Provided** We offer a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Services will be provided at the client's location as agreed upon at the time of booking. 2. **Booking and Confirmation** Appointments can be booked via our website, Instagram or Whatsapp. A confirmation will be sent via email/text once the appointment is secured. 3. **Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy** Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 100% of the booking fee. Rescheduling will incur a fee of 50% of the booking fee. 4. **Payment** Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards and mobile paying apps. 5. **Health and Safety** Clients must inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to service via our consultation form. We adhere to strict hygiene practices and use sanitized tools. 6. **Service Guarantee** If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns. 7. **Liability Waiver** By using our services, you agree to release Nail'or from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during the service. 8. **Changes to Terms** We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time.
