Terms and Conditions for Nail'or's services
Services Provided
We offer a variety of nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, nail enhancements, and nail art. Services will be provided at the client's location as agreed upon at the time of booking.
Booking and Confirmation
Appointments can be booked via our website, Instagram or Whatsapp. A confirmation will be sent via email/text once the appointment is secured.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations and rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance, to avoid a cancellation fee. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will incur a charge of 100% of the booking fee. Rescheduling will incur a fee of 50% of the booking fee.
Payment
Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards and mobile paying apps.
Health and Safety
Clients must inform us of any allergies or medical conditions prior to service via our consultation form. We adhere to strict hygiene practices and use sanitized tools.
Service Guarantee
If you are not satisfied with your service, please contact us within 48 hours so we can address your concerns.
Liability Waiver
By using our services, you agree to release Nail'or from any liability for injuries or damages that may occur during the service.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes.
