When you book with me, you will need to pay a deposit this will be deducted from your total upon checkout
In the instance you need to cancel your booking, you must do so at least 48 hours in advance to get your deposit back.
Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice will incur a
£5 cancellation fee,
and you will not get your deposit back.
if you need to reschedule your appointment, you must also do so at least 48 hours in advance and your deposit will be transferred.
Please arrive on time.
If you are running late, kindly let me know as soon as possible.
Late arrivals may result in your appointment being cancelled, depending on my schedule for the day.
if you are late and your appointment is cancelled you will loose your deposit.
No-shows will be charged the full appointment amount.
Failure to pay this means you cannot book with me again.
