A £5 deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the appointment. This deposit will go towards the total cost of your service If you cancel within the 48 hour cancellation window, your deposit will be fully refunded. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will result in a non refundable deposit

Please arrive on time for your appointment If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and full payment will be expected Repeated lateness may result in refusal of bookings in the future

No Shows will be required to pay 100% of the missed appointment before any future bookings can be made. This is to protect the time and income lost due to missed appointments

You may reschedule or cancel your appointment up to 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund of your deposit. Changes made after this time will result in your deposit being fortified.

Please arrive with clean hands and nails, free from old product unless a removal service has been booked. If removal is needed and not booked in advance, I may not be able to complete your service in full

It is your responsibility to inform me of any known allergies or sensitivities before your treatment. I have a range of HEMA free products

I may take photos of your finished nails for social media and portfolio purposes. Please let me know in advance if your prefer not to have your hands or toes featured.
