These Terms & Conditions outline the policies and expectations for all clients of Nails By Emily. By booking an appointment, you (the client) agree to these Terms.
1. Appointments & Bookings
- All appointments must be booked in advance via solo or direct message.
- A non-refundable deposit of £10 is required to secure your appointment. Your booking will not be confirmed until the deposit has been received.
- The remaining balance is due at the time of your appointment.
2. Cancellations & Rescheduling
- Cancellations made less than 48 hours before your appointment will be charged the full appointment price.
- Cancellations made with more than 48 hours’ notice will result in the loss of your deposit, but no further payment will be required.
- If you wish to reschedule, please provide at least 72 hours’ notice. Your deposit can be transferred to a new date once, subject to availability.
- Repeated reschedules or last-minute changes may result in refusal of future bookings.
3. Late Arrivals
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you are more than 5 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and the full price will still be charged.
4. No-Show Policy
- Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of the service price and loss of any deposit.
- Repeat no-shows may result in being refused future bookings.
5. Refunds & Satisfaction
- All services are non-refundable once completed.
- If you experience an issue with your service (e.g., lifting, breakage, etc.), please contact us within 24 hours of your appointment so we can assess and offer a reasonable solution.
- After this period, repairs will be charged at the normal rate.
6. Health & Hygiene
- Clients must inform us of any allergies, infections, or medical conditions that could affect the service.
- We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may compromise your health or hygiene standards.
- Please arrive with clean, bare nails unless otherwise agreed.
7. Children & Guests
- For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, children and additional guests are not permitted at appointments unless agreed in advance.
8. Gift Vouchers & Promotions
- Gift vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase and are non-refundable.
- Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
9. Privacy Policy
- Client information will be kept confidential and used only for booking and service purposes, in line with data protection regulations (GDPR).
10. Agreement
By booking an appointment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
