Terms and Conditions

You are required to attend within 10 minutes of your booking time (both before and after). If you are over 10 minutes late your booking may be rescheduled or your desired treatment may not be able to be continued. Your booking fee will also be non-refundable. You are entitled to reschedule your appointment up to 48 hours prior to your original booking with no fee incurred. Any time after this you will not be able to rearrange without contacting Nails by Jade Kimberley. Nails by Jade Kimberley reserves the right to decline or amend any appointment up to 48 hours beforehand and will do so at the earliest convenience. You have the right to complain or request a change of your nails should you be unhappy with them. Please do so at your appointment. Once the appointment has finished, any discrepancies will not be able to be rectified. You have the right to a free fixture should your nails snap, break, peel or become damaged within the first week of receiving treatment. However, this will be down to it being no fault of your own. Please follow the aftercare advice to know what to avoid doing. Finally, if you have any special requests or accessibility queries please contact Nails by Jade Kimberley prior to booking your appointment to ensure that these can be met.
