1. Booking & Appointments
• All appointments must be booked through our official Booking System
• Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may need to shorten your service or reschedule to avoid impacting other clients.
2. Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
We value your time and ours. Because your appointment is reserved specifically for you, we require a minimum of 48 hours' notice for any cancellations or rescheduling.
• Standard Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule more than 48 hours in advance, no fee will be charged.
• Late Cancellation: If you cancel or reschedule within 48 hours of your appointment start time, you will be charged 100% (full price) of the scheduled service fee.
• No-Shows: Failure to show up for an appointment without notice will result in a charge for the full price of the service, and future bookings may require pre-payment.
3. Payments
• We accept Cash, Credit/Debit Cards.
• Any outstanding cancellation fees must be settled before a new appointment can be booked.
4. Health & Safety
• Please inform your technician of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or nail conditions prior to your service.
• We reserve the right to refuse service if we suspect a contagious skin or nail condition (e.g., fungal infection) to ensure the safety of all clients.
5. Satisfaction Guarantee
• We want you to love your nails! If you experience any issues with your service (such as chipping or lifting) within [3/5] days of your appointment, please contact us for a complimentary repair.
• This guarantee does not cover damage caused by physical impact, cleaning chemicals, or improper aftercare.
