Consultation forms: Consultation forms must be completed prior to your booking, I am unable to carry out any service if this is incomplete.
Deposits: A 50% deposit is required upon booking.
Cancellations: Cancellations made with 48 hours notice or more - full refund or rechedule cancellations made with 24 hours notice or less are non-refundable.
No shows: No shows will result in payment of service in full, you will not be able to rebook until this is paid.
