Consultation forms:
Consultation forms must be completed prior to your booking, I am unable to carry out any service if this is incomplete.
Booking fee:
To secure your first booking, 50% of the booking cost will be payable at the time of booking.
Cancellations:
Cancellations made with 48 hours notice or more - full refund or rechedule cancellations made with 24 hours notice or less are non-refundable.
No shows:
No shows will result in payment of service in full, you will not be able to rebook until this is paid.
