Should you not comply, this will will result in your appointment being cancelled.
Bookings: You will be required to complete & sign this client form before your first appointment with Nails by Lara.
Cancellations: Please allow over 48 hours notice when cancelling your appointment. Failure to comply with this time frame will result in you having to pay 50% of your appointment cost. This will be taken automatically via the card details saved on the booking system from when you entered your card details when booking your appointment.
Sometimes life happens and situations cannot be controlled. I will always be sympathetic towards this and will do my best to accommodate any cancellations/rescheduled appointments. There may be times myself when I have to cancel due to sickness/emergencies, all I ask is that you are a kind & understanding client as abusive/rude messages will not be tolerated, especially when things are out of my control
Location: Treatment will be taken place at my home: 29 Griffon Drive, Hucknall, NG15 6XH. Please do not block anyone else’s driveway / cars. Please do not arrive early to your appointment as I may be with another client. If you do arrive early – please wait outside. Please come to your appointment alone.
Health & safety: If you are sick DO NOT ATTEND YOUR APPOINTMENT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. I would not expect you to sit across me if I was sick – please be respectful and apply the same towards me. I confirm that my workstation and tools will be sanitised & disinfected after every client.
Repairs: Any repairs within 48 hours after your appointment will be repaired free of charge subject to inspection. Any repairs after the 48 hour time frame above, this will be charged at £3 per nail. I do not offer refunds. If you are not happy with the service I provide, please tell me at your appointment or within 48 hours and I will try my best to rectify.
PLEASE NOTE: I will not work on top of or remove someone else’s work under any circumstances as this will void my insurance. You should attend your first appointment with bare nails. It is important to follow my aftercare advice given on my website and to you at your appointment to ensure your nails stay in good health & you get the most out of your nail enhancement.

✨ I do not offer extensions. My aim and passion is to grow your natural nails without extensions with the power of builder gel!
✨ Nail art: I do not offer “advanced” or “complicated” nail art. Please see my instagram page for inspiration on designs that I offer. I also ask all my clients to send me their nail designs 1 or 2 days before their appointment as this helps me adjust my timings appropriately for the day and also advise if the design is possible. If you do not do this, I will not be able to complete the design.
✨ I will not rush your appointment, please allow up to 1.5 hours for your appointment or up to 2 hours for nail art.
✨ I do not allow children at appointments. This is because my studio is in my home upstairs, in a small room and there is only enough space for 2 people.
