Cancellations made within this timeframe will result in the loss of your deposit and you will be required to pay the remainder of your appointment fee. Late Arrivals: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you're more than 15 minutes late, I may need to reschedule your appointment to ensure I can accommodate all clients. Health and Safety: If you have any allergies, skin conditions, or medical concerns, please inform me prior to your appointment to ensure the best service and safety. Booking Confirmation: All appointments must be confirmed through a deposit or payment in advance. This ensures your slot is reserved. Refund Policy: Services are non-refundable. If you are unhappy with your nails, please let me know within 48 hours, and I will do my best to address your concerns. Changes to Appointments: If you need to change your appointment, please notify me as soon as possible. I will do my best to accommodate your request.
