A deposit of £10 (non-refundable) will be required when booking to secure appointments,this deposit goes towards your final balance.
Bookings must be done through the website or by contacting me directly.
If you contact me directly to book an appointment, you will be required to send over a £10 deposit, through bank transfer.
Please arrive on time to your appointment. if you arrive later than 10 minutes to your appointment, I may need to shorten, reschedule or cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be reimbursed.
I accept payments in the form of cash, card and bank transfer. All payments must be paid in full at the end of the service. If during the service you wish to add any extras such as gems/nail art (providing there is adequate time) these service charges will be added to the final service charge.
You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free up to 24 hours before your appointment. However, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancelling after this period may result in a 50% service charge. No shows may also be charged 50% of the service charge.
Repeat no shows will result in the refusal of future bookings. Please arrive on time to your appointment. If you arrive later than 10 minutes to your appointment, I may need to shorten, reschedule or cancel your appointment and your deposit will not be reimbursed. Please contact me directly if you are going to be late. I understand life happens, so if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment after the 24 hour cancellation period, please contact me directly.
All clients will be given aftercare advice that will help your nails last as long as possible. Aftercare cards are also available to clients. Clients are responsible for following aftercare advice.
If there is an issue with your nails, for example gems have fallen off or there is lifting, 3 days after your appointment, I will fix this for free. Please note that this is limited to 3 nails, anymore than this you will need to book for one of the full treatments and pay the full price. If I believe any damage to the nails to be deliberate or as a result of improper aftercare, then you must pay the standard service charge to have these re-done.
Loyalty cards are available to all clients, however will only be stamped when you spend £15 or more. Your card will be stamped once per appointment when you spend £15 or more. Clients are responsible for looking after their loyalty cards. If you do not bring your loyalty card with you to your appointment there is not guarantee that I will be able to stamp your card on your next visit. So please ensure you bring this to each appointment. Stamping of your loyalty card is non-transferable.
