Terms & Conditions

By booking an appointment with by rhi, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These are in place to protect both your time and mine, and to ensure the smooth running of the business.

Deposits & Card Details

• Nail & beauty services: No deposit is required. However, a valid card must be held securely on file to confirm your booking. This will only be used in line with the cancellation policy below.
• Aesthetic services: A £50 non-refundable deposit is required upfront to secure all aesthetic appointments. This is redeemable against your final treatment cost.

All deposits must be paid within 24 hours of booking or your appointment may be cancelled.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge up to 48 hours before your appointment.

• Less than 48 hours’ notice: 50% of the treatment cost will be charged
• No-shows: 100% of the treatment cost will be charged

For nail & beauty services, these charges will be taken from the card held on file.

Deposits for aesthetic services are non-refundable.

Late Arrivals

Please arrive on time for your appointment.

• Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation
• The full appointment cost will still apply

No Shows

Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in:

• Full charge of the appointment
• Possible refusal of future bookings

Health & Safety (Aesthetic Services)

• A consultation may be required prior to treatment
• You must disclose all relevant medical history
• I reserve the right to refuse treatment if deemed unsafe

Refunds

Due to the nature of services provided:

• All treatments are non-refundable
• If you have any concerns, please raise them within 48 hours so I can review and resolve where appropriate

Children & Guests

To maintain a calm, luxury environment:

• No additional guests or children unless previously agreed

Right to Refuse

I reserve the right to refuse or discontinue a service at any time if I feel uncomfortable, unsafe, or if these terms are not respected.
