## Terms and Conditions Please carefully read the following terms and conditions before booking your appointment: 1. **Deposit Requirement:** A deposit must be paid at the time of booking to secure your appointment. 2. **Cancellations:** If you cancel less than 48 hours before your scheduled service, your deposit will be forfeited. 3. **No Shows:** Failing to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in the loss of your deposit and a ban from making any future bookings. 4. **Appointment Attendance:** Please attend your appointment alone. Guests, including children under 18, are not permitted. 5. **Rescheduling:** You may reschedule your appointment to another day up to 48 hours before your original appointment time. Any changes made after this time will result in the loss of your deposit. 6. **Behavior Policy:** Rude or abusive behavior or messages will not be tolerated. Such conduct will result in an immediate ban from any future bookings. 7. **Service Charges:** Please ensure you book the correct service. You will be charged for the appointment you have booked. For example, if you book extensions but decide to switch to BIAB during the appointment, you will still be billed for the original extensions service. 8. **After the service** Within the first 24 hours after your appointment, if anything was to happen to one of your nails you are entitled to have this fixed. Please be aware it takes 24 hours for a gel manicure to FULLY cure. Therefore the first 24 hours after your manicure your nails are at their most vulnerable, please take care.
