Appointment & Cancellation Policy

To ensure a smooth and fair experience for all clients, please review and understand the following policy before booking an appointment.

Punctuality

Please arrive on time for your scheduled appointment. Any arrival more than 10 minutes late will be classified as a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Rescheduling

Appointments cannot be rescheduled within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made the night before your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the service fee.
• Failure to attend your appointment without notice will be considered a no-show and will be charged 100% of the service fee.

No-Shows

Clients who do not attend their appointment without prior notice will be charged 100% of the service fee.

Allergies & Medical Information

Please inform me of any allergies or sensitivities to products prior to your appointment. Your safety and comfort are important.

Final Note

This is my profession and my source of income. I kindly ask that all bookings be treated with respect and consideration. Thank you so much for your understanding and continued support.
