I DO NOT REMOVE OTHER NAIL TECHNICIANS WORK.

No show/ cancellation

I understand things can happen however, depending on circumstances i will have to charge full appointment cost for cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment

No shows will also be charged full appointment cost and, dependant on the circumstances, will not be able to book again in the future.

Payment

I accept payment through cash and bank transfer.

Payment needs to be completed before leaving your appointment.

Nail health

If your nails are not healthy enough for me to complete the service safely I reserve the right to refuse service.

Sometimes our nails need a break and your health is my top priority.

Late

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment I may need to reschedule as we may not have time for the full service and i do not want to risk rushing anyone's service. Anything over 15 minutes without getting in contact will be classed as a no show.

Damage

Any breaks or damage within a week of having your appointment I will fix free of charge!
