I DO NOT REMOVE OTHER NAIL TECHNICIANS WORK.

No show/ cancellation

• New clients will now be required to pay a £5 non-refundable deposit that goes towards your service. Please pay the deposit when you book the appointment via my website. Your card details will be kept securely on record in accordance with data protection regulations.
• I understand things can happen however, depending on circumstance, I will have to charge full appointment cost for cancellations within 24hours.
• No shows will also be charged full appointment cost and I reserve the right to refuse future services.

Payment

I accept payment through cash and bank transfer.

Payment needs to be completed before leaving your appointment.

Nail health

If your nails are not healthy enough for me to complete the service safely I reserve the right to refuse service.

Sometimes our nails need a break and your health is my top priority.

Late

• If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, I reserve the right to reschedule as there may not be enough time for the full service. Anything over 15 minutes will be classed as a no-show and charged the full appointment cost.

Damage

Any breaks or damage within a week of having your appointment I will fix free of charge!
