Late policy:

• More than 5 minutes late: £5 fee
• More than 10 minutes late: £1 for every additional minute

Late arrivals may result in reduced treatment time or cancellation of the appointment.

Booking fees are non-refundable for cancellations or rescheduling made less than 5 working days before your appointment.

No-shows will be charged 100% of the appointment cost and may require full payment before future bookings.

If you are feeling unwell or have any infection around the nails or hands, please reschedule your appointment.

I do not offer refunds on completed services. However, if you experience any issues, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment.
