By booking an appointment, you agree to the following terms:
Deposits A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments. Appointments are not confirmed until the deposit has been received.
Cancellations & Rescheduling • Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment will result in the loss of the deposit. • Cancellations within 24 hours or failure to attend will result in 100% of the appointment being charged. • Appointments may only be rescheduled up to two times. Further changes will require a new booking and deposit.
Late Arrivals Please arrive on time. If you are more than 10–15 minutes late, the appointment may need to be shortened or cancelled, and the cancellation policy will still apply.
Repairs Any issues due to application faults must be reported within 48 hours of your appointment. Repairs after this time, or damage caused by wear, accidents, or misuse, will be chargeable.
Infills & Maintenance Infills are recommended every 2–4 weeks. Appointments outside the recommended timeframe may be classed as a full set.
Respect & Professional Conduct Respectful behaviour is expected at all times. I reserve the right to refuse or cancel appointments if policies are not followed.
