£10 booking fee is required for new clients to secure your appointment time. The booking fee will come of the cost of the appointment. Booking fees are returnable if appointment is cancelled with at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations with at least 48 hours notice will not require a fee.
Cancellations with 12-47 hours notice will be charged 50% of their appointment cost.
Cancellations with less than 12 hours notice or no shows will be charged full appointment cost.
Please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are over 10 mins late there will be a late charge of £5. If there is not enough time for your appointment to take place you will still be charged the full amount.
Please do not come to your appointment if you are not feeling well as I have a compromised immune system.
Please remember there is a human on the other side of your appointment and if you are not respectful of my time. I may not be the right tech for you🫶🏼
