Terms & Conditions A £10 deposit is required to secure all appointments, which will be deducted from the final treatment cost. Cancellations or rebookings must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice; if less notice is given, a 50% cancellation fee will apply. Deposits are non-refundable in the case of no-shows. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and your deposit may be lost. Please ensure that your consultation form is completed accurately and honestly prior to your treatment — I cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions or issues that arise from missing or incorrect information. Aftercare advice will always be provided, and I am not responsible for any issues that occur from failure to follow aftercare instructions. Treatments are non-refundable once completed, but I will always do my best to resolve any concerns if raised within 48 hours. For your peace of mind, I am fully insured to carry out all treatments.
