A confirmation message will be sent once your booking has been accepted please check spam or junk inbox if you have not received it.

A booking deposit is required to secure your appointment. Your appointment is not confirmed until the deposit has been paid.

Any changes or cancellations must be made at least 48 hours prior to your appointment.

Changes or cancellation made within 48 hours will incur a 50% charge of the total booking value

 Failure to attend your appointment without notice ( no show) will result in  100% of the service cost being charged

If you are running late please let me know as soon as possible, arriving more then 15 minutes late may result in your appointment time being shortened or the appointment being cancelled if there is insufficient time to complete the treatment

All clients must complete a consultation form prior to their appointment. This is required to ensure treatments are carried out safely and appropriately.

If you have any issues with your nails 48-72hrs after the appointment please get in touch anything after this I can not accept responsibility for lifting, chipping or other damage as I am unable to determine whether this is due to normal wear and tear, lifestyle or accidental damage, incorrect after care or factors beyond my control.

Please do not attend your nail appointment if you are feeling unwell or if it has been less then 48hrs since last symptoms.

All remaining payments can be made either through bank transfer or cash on the day.

If you need to bring a guest with you to your appointment please let me know in advance

Due to the nature of nail service, refunds are not offered once the service is complete, if you have any concerns regarding you treatment, please contact me within 48-72hrs so I can asses the issue and where appropriate arrange a repair.

By booking an appointment, you have read this aswell as the aftercare and you agree to these terms and conditions. Failure to attend your appointment or comply to these policies may result in charges for the full amount of the service or any outstanding balance owed And refusal of future bookings.
