My cancellation policy is 48 hours. When you book in with me, you are agreeing to my policy and my boundaries must be respected.
If you cancel within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment, full payment of the treatment must be paid.
This applies to cancellations, no shows and late arrivals.

A non-refundable booking fee of £10 is needed to secure your appointment.
It helps cover admin, managing the diary, and the prep we do before your service.
This fee isn’t taken off any future refunds and is kept in all situations.
All treatments require a consultation form to be completed prior to your first appointment.
If the consultation form is not completed prior to your appointment, I will not be able to carry out any treatments, and full payment will be payable.
