Cancellation policy

No appointment is fully confirmed until the required deposit has been received! Deposits are NON REFUNDABLE Failure to pay the required deposit within 24hrs of making the booking, will result in the booking being removed from the diary. If you need to cancel, please let me know at least 48 hours in advance if possible, so that i am able to refill that slot. If you cancel within that time period (short notice cancelation) you are required to pay 50% of your treatment. if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, the night before, or on the day of, this is classed as a 'no show. & 100% of full treatment price will be charged. Late fees do apply, i give a 10 minute grace period where I work so closely with timings. If you are later than that, your appointment will not be able to go ahead but you will still be required to pay for the missed appointment. I do not remove or work on top of another technicians work, if you are a first time client, you will have to come with bare nails or I will not be able to carry out the treatment, however you will be charged for the missed appointment.
