Cancellations/No Shows Clients must cancel or reschedule appointments 48 hours in advance. Cancelling less than 48hours in advance = full payment Rescheduling less than 48hours in advance = 50% payment No shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment, a full payment deposit will be required on booking any future appointments. After 2 no shows the client will be unable to book again. Nails Please come to your appointment with bare nails unless it is my own work. I do not remove other peoples work for health and safety reasons* Timing. Please be on time for your appointment - If you are over 10 minuets late your appointment will be cancelled. Please come to your appointment alone unless the person with you also has an appointment afterwards as I don't have a big enough waiting area. Payments All payments must be made before leaving the salon - cash is
