-Please arrive to your appointment on time.
-If you are early to your appointment please wait in your car or outside until the correct time, unless I state otherwise.
-Being later than 15 minutes for your appointment will result in a no-show fee. Anything slightly under this may also result in less time for chosen nail art etc.
-Removal of someone else’s work is an extra £2 on top of your set charge. Removal is free if the set was applied by me and you are getting a fresh set/infill done.
-Payment is cash or bank transfer and must be made before you leave your appointment.
-No children under 16! My insurance will not cover this!
-My nail art is in a tiered system, I can give estimated costs and time beforehand if you send any nail inspo to me.
-Cancellations made within 48 hours of your appointment will require 50% of the treatment cost. Cancellations within 24 hours of your appointment will incur 100% of the treatment cost.
-No shows will result in no future bookings with myself, unless cancellation fee is paid.
-Please understand that these rules have been put in place to protect myself and my business.
