BOOKING
- A £10 non-refundable deposit is required to secure all appointments.
- Deposits are deducted from your total on the day of service.
- Appointments are confirmed only after deposit has been received.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
- Please give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule.
- Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 50% of the service total.
- If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the deposit will be lost.
PAYMENTS
- Payment methods accepted: Cash or Bank Transfer
HOME-BASED SAFETY
- No extra guests, pets or children may attend your appointment.
- My address will be sent after the appointment is confirmed.
NAIL HEALTH
- I cannot remove work from another tech without booking a removal service.
- I also won’t infill over someone else’s work.
REPAIRS
- Repairs due to product issues are free within 3 days
