A 50% non refundable deposit is required to book an appointment.
This does not get transferred for any rescheduled appointments.
Please give 48 hours for cancellations.
Cancellation on the day or no shows will be charged the full cost of the appointment.
If these fees do not get paid then you will not welcomed back until they have been.
Please do not show up more than 15 minutes earlier and let me know if you will be early.
I have a 15 minute grace period before your appointment will be cancelled.

UPON ARRIVAL
There is a side gate to the left of my house with a doorbell, ring the doorbell and i will take you to the salon!
Unfortunately it is road parking only but is always plenty of spaces not far of a walk.
The bus stop is a 20 second walk to my house!
I do have space for a guest but please let me know beforehand.
There are toilets but as both upstairs in the house please use only for emergencies.
My policy is non negotiable to protect my business and time.
