Welcome to Nails by Mik. By booking an appointment or using this website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking or purchase. 1. General Information Nails by Mik provides nail services and related products for personal use only. All prices, policies, and terms are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason. 2. Appointments & Bookings All bookings must be made through our official booking system or by contacting us directly. A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment. This will be deducted from your total on the day. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be shortened or cancelled, and your deposit will be forfeited. 3. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to transfer your deposit to a future appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows will result in the loss of your deposit. Frequent last-minute cancellations may result in refusal of future bookings. 4. Payments Payment is accepted via [insert accepted payment methods]. All prices are in [AUD / your currency] and include GST where applicable. Services must be paid in full on the day of the appointment. 5. Service Guarantee & Aftercare We take pride in providing high-quality nail services. If you experience a fault with your nails within 48 hours, please contact us so we can assess and repair free of charge. Repairs outside the 48-hour period may incur a fee. Aftercare instructions are provided and must be followed to maintain the quality of your nails. 6. Allergies & Health Conditions Please inform us of any allergies, skin sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment. We are not responsible for reactions caused by undisclosed conditions or allergies. 7. Photography & Social Media We may take photos or videos of your nails for social media and marketing purposes. Please advise us if you do not wish to be photographed. 8. Liability Nails by Mik is not liable for damage to your nails or personal items during or after your appointment. Services are provided at your own risk, and you accept responsibility for following aftercare instructions. 9. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
