Welcome to Nails by Misty-Blue! Please read the following terms carefully before booking your appointment. By booking with us, you agree to these terms and conditions.
Appointments
All appointments must be booked in advance through our booking system or social media link.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be shortened or rescheduled, and a fee may apply.
If you are unsure which service to book, please message before booking to avoid any issues with timing.
Deposits & Payments
A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from your final balance.
The remaining balance must be paid on the day of your appointment via cash or bank transfer (unless otherwise stated).
Cancellations & No-Shows
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in loss of deposit.
No-shows will be required to pay 50% of the missed appointment before rebooking.
Nail Repairs & Aftercare
If you experience any issues with your nails, please contact me within 48 hours of your appointment.
Repairs after this time may incur a small charge.
Please follow the aftercare advice provided to help your nails last longer and stay healthy.
Health & Safety
Please arrive with clean hands and no open cuts, infections, or contagious conditions.
If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment — your health and mine are both important.
Clients under 16 years old must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.
Gift Cards
Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the purchase date and cannot be exchanged for cash.
They must be presented at the time of your appointment.
General
I reserve the right to refuse service if necessary (for example, due to inappropriate behaviour or health concerns).
