Preparing for Your Appointment
Kindly arrive with bare nails unless your booking is specifically for an infill, rebalance, or the removal of my previous work. This allows us to make the most of your appointment time and achieve the highest standard of finish.
Arrival Time
Punctuality is greatly appreciated. Arriving on time ensures your service runs smoothly and without compromise. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled to maintain fairness to all clients.
Design Requests
If you have a particular design or nail art in mind, please share your inspiration at the time of booking. This allows me to allocate the appropriate time and give your design the attention it deserves.
Infills & Rebalances
For the best maintenance and longevity of your nails, I recommend booking infills or rebalances within 4 weeks of your previous appointment. After 4 weeks, a full removal and new set will be required and charged accordingly.
Repairs
Should you experience any issues, repairs within 48 hours of your appointment will be complimentary. After 48 hours, repair appointments will be chargeable.
