Rescheduling: Appointments must be rescheduled at least 48 hours in advance or your deposit will be lost. • No-Shows: Failure to attend without notice = loss of deposit and refusal of future bookings.
Late Policy: • 10-minute grace period allowed. • £10 late fee applies after 10 minutes. • More than 20 minutes late = appointment cancelled and deposit lost.
Payments:
• Cash only – final payment must be made before leaving the appointment. • If not paid, your saved card will be charged.
• I do not offer refunds, redos available if dissatisfied.
Deposits are strictly non-refundable
Client Care • Clean Hands: Please arrive with clean, product-free hands (no creams or oils beforehand). • Health & Safety: Services cannot be provided if you have infections, open cuts, warts, or nail conditions.
Aftercare & Guarantee Longevity: Proper aftercare is the client's responsibility. No guarantee if advice is not followed. Repairs: Free within 1 week of your appointment. After 1 week = £2 per nail. Breakages due to misuse will not be repaired for free.
Professional Boundaries Respect: Abusive or disrespectful behaviour = termination of service. Content: Photos/videos of your nails may be taken for promotion unless you request otherwise.
Additional Policies No Plus Ones: Please attend vour appointment alone - I am home-based with limited space. Arrival Time: Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early, as I may be with another client or on a break. Out of Hours: Appointments after 7:00 PM incur a £10 out-of-hours fee. Other Technician's Work: I do not infill or work over other technicians' work. Arriving with another tech's work will result in appointment cancellation and deposit loss. Please come with bare nails or book a soak-off.
