Booking Deposit
- A £10 non-refundable deposit is required
to secure your appointment.
Rescheduling
- Appointments can only be rescheduled with
at least 48 hours’ notice.
No-Shows
- Failure to attend without notice will result in
refusal of future bookings
Late Policy
- A 10-minute grace period is allowed.
- After 10 minutes: £10 late fee
- More than 15 minutes late:
- Appointment cancelled
- 50% of your service charge from your saved card
Payments & Refunds
- Cash only
- Remaining balance must be paid before leaving.
- Unpaid balances will be charged to your saved card.
- No refunds.
- Redos are available if you are dissatisfied.
Appointment Preparation
Please arrive with:
- Clean, product-free hands
- No creams or oils applied beforehand
Health & Safety
Appointments cannot be carried out if you have:
- Infections
- Open cuts
- Warts
- Nail conditions affecting the service
Aftercare & Repairs
- Proper aftercare is the client’s responsibility.
- No guarantee if aftercare advice is not followed.
Repairs
- Free within 1 week of appointment
- After 1 week: £4 per nail
- Breakages caused by misuse are not repaired for free
Respect & Professional Boundaries
Abusive or disrespectful behaviour will result in refusal
or termination of service.
Content Notice
Photos/videos of your nails may be used for
promotional purposes unless requested otherwise.

No Plus Ones
Please attend appointments alone due to limited space.
Arrival Time
Please do not arrive more than 5 minutes early.
Out of Hours Appointments
- Appointments after 6:00 PM incur a £10 out-of-hours fee
- Please add this during booking
- If not added, it will be added manually
Other Nail Technicians’ Work
- I do not infill or work over other technicians’ work.
- Arriving with another tech’s work may result in:
- Appointment cancellation
- Deposit loss
- 50% of your service charge from your saved card
Please arrive with bare nails or book a soak off.
