Terms and conditions

All bookings will require a £10 non-refundable deposit, this will be deducted from your service payment.

Cancelling up to 12 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit unless rescheduled. Cancelling withing 12 hours will require full payment of your treatment.

Clients are granted the flexibility to reschedule their appointments up to 24 hours prior to the scheduled time, with the condition that the appointment may only be rescheduled once.

You will be required to pay the full treatment price before booking in with me again.

Kindly be advised that in the event of lateness exceeding ten minutes for a scheduled appointment, it will be necessary to honor the full treatment price as part of our policy, and the appointment will have to be canceled.

Payments are required to be paid in cash or by UK Bank Transfer. I acknowledge that unforseeable circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of appointments, and I want to ensure you that in the case of emergencies, exceptions can be made to accomodate such situations
