Cancelling up to 12 hours before your appointment will result in loss of your deposit unless rescheduled. Cancelling withing 12 hours will require full payment of your treatment.
Payments are required to be paid in cash or by UK Bank Transfer. I acknowledge that unforseeable circumstances may necessitate the cancellation of appointments, and I want to ensure you that in the case of emergencies, exceptions can be made to accomodate such situations
