Terms & Conditions

Please take a moment to read through my terms so everything runs smoothly for both of us.

1. Appointments & Bookings

All appointments must be booked in advance via Solo. Please make sure your contact details are correct when booking. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you, so arriving on time is really appreciated.

2. Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £10 may be required to secure your booking. This will be deducted from the total cost of your appointment.

3. Cancellations & Rescheduling

If you need to cancel or reschedule, please try to give at least 24 hours’ notice. Cancellations made within 24 hours of your appointment will be charged at 100% of the appointment cost.

4. Late Arrivals

If you’re running late, please let me know as soon as possible. Arriving more than 15 minutes late may mean we need to shorten or reschedule your appointment, and the full cost may still apply.

5. No-Shows

If you don’t attend your appointment without letting me know, 100% of the appointment cost will be charged. Future bookings may require full payment in advance.

6. Pricing & Payments

All prices are in GBP and may change from time to time. Payment is due in full at the end of your appointment. I accept cash, card, bank transfer, etc.

7. Health & Safety Your safety is really important to me. Please let me know about any allergies, medical conditions, or nail concerns before your appointment. Unfortunately, I won’t be able to carry out treatments if there are any infections or conditions that could be made worse.

8. Repairs & Guarantees If you have any issues with your nails, please message me within 72 hours and I’ll do my best to help. Repairs within this time may be offered free of charge. After this period, a repair fee may apply.

9. Personal Belongings Please keep an eye on your belongings during your visit, as I can’t take responsibility for any lost or damaged items.

10. Children & Guests To keep things safe and relaxing, I kindly ask that you come to your appointment alone unless we’ve agreed otherwise in advance.

11. Satisfaction I want you to love your nails! If there’s anything you’re not happy with, please let me know during your appointment so I can fix it for you. Refunds are not usually offered.

12. Right to Refuse Service I reserve the right to refuse service if necessary, including in cases of inappropriate behaviour or if these terms aren’t respected.

13. Updates to Terms These terms may be updated from time to time. By booking an appointment, you’re agreeing to the most up-to-date version.
