I’m happy you have decided to book with me here at Nails Up Syke. Here are my terms and conditions: - I work on a first come first serve basis. An appointment is only secure once a £5 non - refundable booking fee is paid. The remaining balance is to be paid on the day at your appointment. - Appointments can be moved to another day (only once) if notice is given 24hrs prior to the original booking date. - If you cancel or rearrange within 24hrs of your appointment, you will lose your non-refunable booking fee. You’ll be required to send a new one to secure another appointment. - I have a grace period of 10 minutes. Arriving later than this will be classed as a no show and the appointment will be cancelled. A no show may restrict your ability to book in the future. - A full consultation will be carried out at the start of each appointment. Service refusal may occur if any contraindications are noticed and further guidance will be given. - Clients must be aged 16+. - Clients must attend their appointment alone (please contact me regarding this if you require assistance & I will try my best too accommodate). - I do NOT infill or soak off other technicians work. This is because I cannot work with unknown products and I do not wish to take on any liability for problems that may arrise. Your appointment will be cancelled and you will lose your £5 non-refunable booking fee. - I carry out my work to a high standard, however I cannot guarantee the longevity of your nails after 72hrs due to external factors such as aftercare and lifestyle. Please contact me within 72hrs if any problems occur for complimentary fixes. Anything after this period will incure a small charge. - I do NOT offer refunds. Please inform me during the appointment if you’re not happy with anything so I can rectify it.
