When bookings with me you are agreeing with my T&Cs provided
Bookings:
- Appointments are available to book through the booking system or via DM.
- Please book the correct treatments & add ons. If you are struggling with this please message me.
Deposits:
- All first time bookings require a £15 deposit. This will be take off final payment.
Payments:
- Preferred payment is cash but I do take bank transfer and card. Full payment will be required before leaving the salon.
Cancellations:
- Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment time will be charged a 50% fee.
- Cancellations within 24 hours of the appointment time or no shows will incur a 100% charge. A new deposit will be required if re-booking.
Late appointments:
- Please arrive on time for your appointment.
- If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment then it will be cancelled and full cost charged.
Aftercare
- Full aftercare advice is provided. Please read and follow.
Additional info :
- No children in the salon due to insurance.
- I do not infill other peoples work. Please book a soak off if a first time client or come with bare nails.
