Cancellation and Rescheduling:
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I kindly request at least 24 hours notice before the scheduled appointment time.
Cancellation Fee:
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice or no-shows will be subject to a cancellation fee of the full price of the treatment. The cancellation fee must be paid before rescheduling a new appointment.
Last-Minute Rescheduling:
Rescheduling requests made with less than 4 hours’ notice may be accommodated at the discretion of the nail artist and are subject to availability.
Unforeseen Emergencies:
In case of unforeseen emergencies, we understand that cancellations may be unavoidable. Please contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.
Lateness:
It is essential to arrive at your appointment on time. If I have back-to-back clients, 5 minutes late to your appointment can really roll over into someone else’s booked time slot. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment will have to be rescheduled and the appointment will still need to be paid for in full.
In the event of you running late, please let me know as soon as possible. If you are late and have booked in for nail art, it is not guaranteed I will be able to complete the desired art you were after if it is then going to run into someone else’s appointment.
Exceptions:
Exceptions to this policy may be made at the discretion of NailSZN under special circumstances.

Payment Policy
Cash:
Cash is accepted at the salon, and always preferred so that it keeps its value and not profiting the banks. Although I cannot always guarantee I will have the exact change, so please try and bring the exact amount you need for your appointment.
Solo Payment:
When booking your appointment, you will be asked to add your card details for cancellation/no-show purposes. At the end of your appointment, I can take payment through the app using the card details you entered.
Bank Transfer:
Bank transfers are accepted at your appointment, and this is the preferred payment method along with cash.
IMPORTANT NOTICE
If you are going to be paying via bank transfer, it is imperative that your bank allows you to transfer funds to another account immediately. If your bank does not allow you to move money to another account instantly, please choose another form of payment.
You will not be able to leave the salon until payment is received.
