Terms and Conditions

Please come to your appointment with bare nails unless you have booked a soak off. Damaged or sensitive nails may result in your appointment being cancelled. No plus ones unless they are also being serviced. Please be mindful that I work from home - Manchester, Salford, near Old Trafford. Any disrespectful or aggressive behavior will not be tolerated and you may be asked to leave without your completed service.

Please note your remaining balance can be paid by cash ONLY on the day of your appointment.

Please be punctual for your appointment. If you are more than 10mins late, you will incur an additional £10 fee. If you are over 20mins late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to re-book. Late Fee is non-negotiable!

Deposits are non-refundable. If you provide at least 24hrs notice then I can reschedule you according to my availability. No shows will be blocked from booking in the future and will be charged the full amount of the service.
