Terms and Conditions

1. Booking & Deposits Advance Deposits: At Naomi Marie Hair & Extensions booking deposits are non-refundable. The booking fee for initial appointments, which is deducted from the total service cost upon attendance. 2. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellation Windows: Naomi Marie Hair & Extensions has a specific timeframe within which cancellations must be made to avoid charges. Naomi Marie Hair & Extensions requires cancellations at least 48 hours in advance to avoid fees. Late Cancellations: You can cancel or reschedule your appointment for free 48 hours before your appointment. After this period you will be charged 50% of the service you required. If you do not show up to your appointment you will be charged the 50% of the service. On your next booking you will be required to pay for the service in full before this appointment gets accepted. 3. No-Shows & Late Arrivals No-Show Fees: Not attending an appointment without prior notice can lead to full-service charges. At Naomi Marie Hair & Extensions it is a 100% charge for no-shows. Late Arrivals: Arriving late may result in reduced service time or rescheduling. Naomi Marie Hair & Extensions may cancel appointments if clients are more than 30 minutes late . 5. Payment Methods Accepted Payments: At the salon i have a couple of payment methods. QR code - You scan the code at the end of the service and type the amount for the service and you can enter card details or use apple pay. Bank transfer - I have details on hand to give to you. Card payments - I do have a card machine. Cash - Is accepted but please bring the correct amount as I don’t have change in the salon. Naomi Marie Hair & Extensions would need a valid payment card to secure appointments and may charge for late, cancellations or no-shows.
