All appointments booked are final and can not be rescheduled or rearranged at any time so please make sure you can attend your appointment. If you do need to cancel or rearrange (before 48 hours) a new booking fee will need to be paid.
A non refundable booking fee is required on all treatments, you will not be able to book without paying a booking fee.
If you cancel within 48 hours or no show your appointment the full amount of your appointment will be charged to your card.
If you no show your appointment you will not be able to rebook with me again.
Please do not turn up to your appointment sick or ill you will be turned away and still charged.
